'litteraly threw it together.  It has not been optimized, so don't

'This is really two programs.  One called MAKEQUES.BAS, which makes the
'questions and answers file.  The second one, LABDOC.BAS, is the one that
'picks the questions and answers.  I have not made a routine to keep
'questions from popping up more than once.  I thought I'd leave that up
